Enter Additional Dates for Contract Fulfilment

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to maintain contract fulfillments security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract.
2. Select the Contract Fulfilment node.
3. Select the despatch order associated with the assay exchange. See Find Despatch Orders for Contract Fulfilment.
4. Select the Additional Info/Dates tab.
5. Enter dates in the following fields as required.
   • Final Sampling Date
   • Lab Assays Request
   • Lab Assays Received
   • Client Assay Exchange Notification.
   • Client Assay Exchange
   • Lab Comments Request
   • Lab Comments Received
   • Lab-Re-Analysis Received
   • Umpire Service Request
   • Umpire Service Received
   • Proposal to Client
   • Final Assay Agreement—If the Reference Date is Assay Exchange Completion in the payment terms of the contract, MineMarket can use available Final Assay Agreement and Estimated Assay Exchange Completion dates to estimate the invoice issue date or payment instalment due date.    • Estimated Assay Exchange Completion—This date can also be edited via the Details tab on the Despatch Order.
6. Click Save.
