Enter Contract Options

Security Note: You need the Allow contract maintenance security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract.
2. Expand the Contract Products node.
3. Expand the node for the required contract product.
4. Select the Contract Options node.
5. Right-click in the Contract Options field group and select New from the menu.
6. Complete the following fields as required.
   • Contract Option—Name of the contract option.
   • Minimum Quantity
   • Required Quantity
   • Maximum Quantity
   • Limit Date—Date up to which the contract option can be declared, exchanged or sold.
   • Declaration Type—Select from Buyer, Seller or Both.
   • Declared Date
   • Declared By—Select from Undeclared, Buyer or Seller.
7. Click Save.
