Manually Mark a Despatch Order as Fulfilled

See Despatch Order Fulfilment for the impact of marking a despatch order as fulfilled.

This activity is not applicable for despatch orders in a closed status because Fulfilled is read-only for despatch orders with a closed status.

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to control whether a despatch order is fulfilled security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Despatch Order.

Note: You can also mark a despatch order as fulfilled via the Despatch Orders node in the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract or via the Despatch Orders tab on the node for the quota.

  2. If the despatch order is a standard despatch order or a child despatch order (CDO) (see Parent and Child Despatch Orders):
    1. Check Fulfilled for the despatch order.

If the saved transaction quantity is not yet sufficient for the despatch order to be fulfilled, a confirmation message displays.

    2. Click Yes.

The despatch order is marked as fulfilled, and if a Fulfilled Status has been specified for the contract product, the despatch order status is updated.

  3. If the despatch order is an aggregated parent despatch order (APDO):
    1. Check Fulfilled for the despatch order.

If the total of the saved transaction quantities of the CDOs is not yet sufficient for the APDO to be fulfilled, a confirmation message displays.

    2. Click Yes.

The APDO and all of its CDOs are marked as fulfilled, and if a Fulfilled Status has been specified for the contract product, the despatch order status is updated.

  4. Click Save.
