Manually Mark a Despatch Order as No Longer Fulfilled
This activity is not applicable for despatch orders in a closed status because Fulfilled is read-only for despatch orders with a closed status.
Security Note: You need the Allow the user to control whether a despatch order is fulfilled security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.
Activity Steps
- Open the Despatch Order.
Note: You can also mark a despatch order as no longer fulfilled via the Despatch Orders node in the Sales Contract or Purchase Contract or via the Despatch Orders tab on the node for the quota.
- If the despatch order is a standard despatch order or a child despatch order (CDO) (see Parent and Child Despatch Orders):
- Uncheck Fulfilled for the despatch order.
A prompt to enter a reason for the change to the despatch order fulfilment displays.
- Enter a reason.
- Click OK.
If a Fulfilled Status has been specified for the contract product, the despatch order status is returned to the status prior to the fulfilled status in the status history.
- Uncheck Fulfilled for the despatch order.
- If the despatch order is an aggregated parent despatch order (APDO):
- Uncheck Fulfilled for the despatch order.
A prompt to enter a reason for the change to the despatch order fulfilment displays.
- Enter a reason.
- Click OK.
If a Fulfilled Status has been specified for the contract product, the APDO status is returned to the status prior to the fulfilled status in the status history. The status of the CDOs is also returned to the status prior to the fulfilled status in the status history of each CDO.
- Uncheck Fulfilled for the despatch order.
- Click Save.
