View Final Pricing for a Despatch Order

Security Note: Assuming you can view the despatch order, no specific security right is required for this activity. However, to add comments to the pricing, you need the Allow the user to maintain despatch orders security right in the Contracts domain security rights group for this activity.

1. Open the Despatch Order.
2. Select the Pricing tab.

   A summary of final pricing for the despatch order displays, with prices calculated by the MineMarket Marketing Service for each final quotation pricing (QP) line. For more pricing data, view the snapshot. See Despatch Order Snapshots.

   This tab is also used to declare QP lines with a Pricing Method that is Unknown, or to declare optional QP lines. See Declare Unknown or Optional Pricing for a Despatch Order.

   The Price Status can be:

   • Actual—All required prices are known.
   • Forward—One or more prices come from a forward curve price series.
   • Pending—One or more prices should be available, but are not yet available.
   • None—One or more prices cannot be determined.
3. Enter Comments if required.
4. If comments have been entered, click Save.
