Unlock Journal Entries for a Payment or Refund
Security Note: You need the Allow the user to unlock journals security right in the Accounting user group security rights group for this activity.
Activity Steps
- Open the Installment Payment or Refund.
- Select the Journals tab.
- Select the journal in the Journals table.
- Uncheck Lock Journal.
- Click Save.
