Find Profit and Loss Reports

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to view Profit and Loss reports security right in the Intelligent Reporting domain security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Profit And Loss Stream.
2. Enter the following search criteria as required.
   • Start Date
   • End Date
   • Locked State—Select from Both, Locked and Unlocked.
   • Include Date Range—Whether to include the date range specified by the Start Date and End Date.
3. Click Search.
4. To edit a report or view more details, right-click the report in the Profit And Loss Reports table and select Edit from the menu.

   The Profit And Loss Report displays.
