Re-create Journal Entries for a Profit and Loss Report

Security Note: You need the following user group security rights for this activity:
• Allow profit and loss journal maintenance in the Intelligent Reporting security group
• Allow the user to create journals (profit and loss) in the Accounting security group

Activity Steps

1. Open the Profit And Loss Report.
2. Select the Journals tab.
3. Select the Journals sub-tab.
4. Select the journal in the Journals table.
5. Ensure that the journal is unlocked. See Unlock Journal Entries for a Profit and Loss Report.
6. Right-click the journal and select Recreate Last Journal from the menu.

   MineMarket deletes existing journal entries, and if the chart of accounts is configured correctly, creates new journal entries.

7. Click Save.
