Force Client-Side Queries for a User

This setting allows the user to bypass the State Engine when querying. Queries will be faster than when using the State Engine, particularly while warehousing is taking place; however, the data may not be up to date.

This default setting can be overridden by clicking the Force Client-Side icon on the Tools ribbon tab.

Security Note: You need the Allow user maintenance security right in the Security user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the User Name screen for the user.
2. Check Force Client-Side Queries by Default.
3. Click Save.

   Note: The setting takes effect when the user restarts the MineMarket Client.
