Specify Contributor Settings

Security Note: You need the Allow contributor settings security right in the Options user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Options screen.
2. Select the Preferences tab.
3. Select whether to Display Warning Message When Unassigned Contributors Present. This setting affects service trips and shipments when unassigned contributors are present. If checked, when the unassigned stockpile contributors total more than the Unassigned Contributors Redistribution Value setting on the Warehouse Settings screen, a warning message (in red) displays when displaying stockpile contributors. See Specify Warehouse Settings.
4. Enter the percentage value for Automatically distribute unassigned invoice contributors less than or equal to.
5. Click Close.
