Specify Shipment Settings

When a shipment is created, a draft survey can be automatically created.

You can validate of vessel availability so that a vessel cannot be allocated to more than one shipment at the same date and time.

Security Note: You need the Allow shipment settings security right in the Options user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Options screen.
2. Select the Preferences tab.
3. Select whether to Auto create draft surveys.
4. Select whether to Validate Vessel Availability.
5. Click Close.
6. Click Save.
