View Despatch Order Snapshot Errors

Security Note: You need the Allow the user to view the Options screen and Server Statistics screen security right in the Menu user group user group security rights group for this activity.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Marketing Service Errors screen.
2. Enter the following search criteria as required.
   • Start Date—Searches by despatch order Planned Despatch Date.
   • End Date
   • Error Source—Select from:
     • Snapshot Header—Display all DOs with errors at the header level of the snapshot.
     • Snapshot Detail—Display all DOs with errors at the detail level of the snapshot (per analyte).
3. Click Search.

   The Results table displays the despatch orders for which there is an error in the default despatch order snapshot. Snapshots that are specific to an invoice type are not included in the report.
