This section describes:

• Reports—Extract data in a pre-formatted manner. The report can be printed and the data can be exported to Excel.
• Billboards and billboard charts—Flexible and user-defined layouts for data. Billboard data can be grouped and sorted, and columns can be hidden or moved. Data can be exported to Excel. Billboard data can include hyperlinks to MineMarket objects.

Both reports and billboards can be run on a schedule, with the results saved to file or sent by email. Scheduled reports can also be sent to a printer.

Report Connections

Standard reports, billboards and billboard charts use report connections to specify the connection to the MineMarket database.

Report and Billboard Scheduling

Reports and billboards can be configured to run on a schedule. Reports can be saved as a file, sent via email or sent to a printer. Billboards can be saved as a file or sent via email. The MineMarket Export and Reports Service runs scheduled reports and billboards.

OData Reporting

OData reporting in earlier MineMarket releases depended on the legacy Information Services components. These components are deprecated and are no longer installed by the current MineMarket installer.

Data Dictionary

The MineMarket Data Dictionary lists all tables in the MineMarket database, their fields and their relationships. This information can be useful for billboard or report development. The Data Dictionary is provided in the Documentation folder of the MineMarket release. Licensed MineMarket users can download the Data Dictionary from the MineMarket software page in the Support Portal https://www.dataminesoftware.com/support/.
