Batch Scheduling

To schedule batches for processing, select schedule in the main menu.

After batches have been configured (see configure) they can be scheduled for processing, either immediately or at a specified date and time.

To schedule a batch for immediate processing:

To schedule a batch for immediate processing, select the batch to schedule from the batch configuration dropdown and click Schedule Immediately.

The batch will then appear in the optimization schedule table, which displays the batches that have been scheduled for processing.

To schedule a batch for processing at a specified date and time:

To schedule a batch for processing at a specified date and time, select the batch to schedule from the batch configuration dropdown, select the date/time to process the batch and click Schedule.

To process scheduled batches:

The processing of scheduled batches is performed by the Minemax Scheduler Batch Service (Batch Service). When the Batch Service starts to process a scheduled batch, the status of the batch is updated in the optimization schedule table.

After the processing of the batch has been completed, its entry in the optimization schedule table is removed and an entry for the batch is added to the history table.

To cancel a scheduled batch:

To cancel a scheduled batch, click the scheduled batch in the optimization schedule table and click the x button.
