View summary views

Note: This activity describes custom-built summary view logsheets. Production Accounting has another 'standard' data summary screen, called a data summary logsheet. See View data summaries.

A summary view is a custom-built logsheet screen used for detailed data summaries. The summary view is more customisable than a standard data summary logsheet and allows data from multiple logsheets for the same period to be grouped and presented in tabular format. Multiple tables can be included in a summary view; for example, to present data for the plant's various feeds, circuits, or equipment.

Like other logsheets, summary views include date fields to select the relevant date or time period. Unlike data summary logsheets (which have sections you navigate to view specific data) all tables in a summary view display data in a static, read-only layout.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the required Summary View screen.
  2. Select the date or time period using the Year, Month and Day fields.

  3. Click Submit.

    The summary view for the selected date or time period displays.

    Data in a summary view is presented in tabular format. Depending on how the summary view is configured, multiple tables may display (generally in a vertical orientation). Scroll down to view the tables as required.
