The Production Accounting application includes a number of standard SSRS reports.

As Built Documentation – Tags Report

Displays the tag configuration and associated calculations as documented in the Configuration Design Matrix (CDM) and is filtered by the items on the primary menu and sub-menus.

Depending on your Production Accounting configuration, this report may be available under both Admin and Reports on the primary menu.

As Built Documentation – Standard Calculations Report

The Configuration Design Matrix (CDM) utilises a number of standard calculations. This report displays the configuration behind the standard calculations.

Depending on your Production Accounting configuration, this report may be available under both Admin and Reports on the primary menu.

Portal Access Report

Displays the user access details for Production Accounting, including their log in and log out activity. Only log outs initiated by the user (that is, when they click Log Out on their Home screen) are included in the report. Automatic log outs resulting from session time-outs are not included.

In most Production Accounting configurations, this report is under Admin on the primary menu.

System Log Report

Displays the system log recorded in the Production Accounting database.

In most Production Accounting configurations, this report is under Admin on the primary menu.

Note: Recalculation history is not included in the System Log Report but is stored in the database.

General Data Export Report

Allows direct data export from the Production Accounting application. Once the report is loaded, the data can be exported to Microsoft Excel. Each row contains one value.

In most Production Accounting configurations, this report is under Reports on the primary menu.

Time Series Export Report

Allows direct data export from the Production Accounting application. Once the report is loaded, the data can be exported to Microsoft Excel. Each column contains each tag to provide an array of values for the range selected.

Logsheet Data Audit Report

Displays the logsheet data changes made in the Production Accounting application.

In most Production Accounting configurations, this report is under Authorise on the primary menu.

Discrete Unit Data Audit Report

Displays the discrete unit data changes made in the Production Accounting application.

In most Production Accounting configurations, this report is under Authorise on the primary menu.
