View an analytics report

Analytics reports provide up-to-date views of your live Production Accounting data. They are usually located under Reports on the primary menu and have custom menu item and screen names; for example, Daily Production Report.

Note: These reports are generated with the Telerik reporting engine and powered by the Production Accounting Analytics data warehouse. For reports that use the SSRS reporting engine, see SSRS Reports.

Activity Steps

1. Open the required Analytics Report screen.

   The selected report displays.

2. Select date parameters:
   1. In the date selector, click the calendar icon.
   2. Select a date on the calendar.
   3. Click Preview.

   The report refreshes to display data for the selected date.

3. Use the report viewer options described in the table below to view the report.

   Note: Depending on the report configuration and output, some controls may be hidden or disabled.

   Name	Description
   Navigate Backward and Navigate Forward	Go to the previous or next view in the report viewer history.
   Stop Rendering	Cancel the current report rendering process.
   Refresh	Reprocess the report with the current parameters and data.
   First Page	Go to the first page.
   Previous Page	Go to the previous page.
   Page Number Selector	Enter a page number to go directly to that page.
   Next Page	Go to the next page.
   Last Page	Go to the final page.
   Toggle Print Preview	Switch between Interactive layout and Print Preview layout.
   Export	Open the export menu to download the report in a range of formats, including PDF and CSV.
   Print	Open the print dialog to print the report.
   Toggle Document Map	Display or hide the document map pane for bookmark navigation.
   Zoom In and Zoom Out	Increase or decrease the zoom level of the report preview.
   Toggle FullPage/PageWidth	Toggle the zoom mode between Fit to Page and Fit to Width.
   Search	Open the search box to find text in the current report.
