This section describes the administrative functions used to monitor the system.

System Status

The System Status screen displays the status of all the application modules required to keep Production Accounting operating normally. It is important to check this screen when troubleshooting system issues. The desired observation is for all applications to display the status Running and be highlighted green. Any applications with the status Startup Failed (highlighted red) need to be reported to your local IT Support or Datamine Support.

Monitoring - Calculation Queue

The Calculation Queue is an important feature for troubleshooting. It helps you determine if any logsheet calculations are still queued for processing by the Production Accounting server.

Monitoring – IMS Version

This screen displays version information for the various components used in the Production Accounting installation.

Monitoring – Integration Hub Error Log

The Monitoring – Integration Hub Error Log is used for troubleshooting integration issues. It displays any errors that have been triggered in the IMS Integration Hub (iHub).
