View and Filter Pivot View Data

Activity Steps

1. Open the Pivot View Screen.

   The Pivot View screen displays either a default configuration or your most recently viewed configuration.

   A pivot view configuration displays data for either Metric, Movement or Stockpile . Data may display as a table, chart or both.

2. Select a saved configuration to view if required. See View a Saved Configuration.
3. Apply filters at the top of the screen as required:
• Period – Select the time period.
  

  Note: If a Pivot View query is designed for use in a Dashboards Screen (which has a Period filter), it uses the Period only when the box is checked and the Date/Shift filter is in the slicer.

• Custom – Select from filter dimensions such as Blast, Block, Model, Crusher, Material Type, Month, and so on. Once you select a filter dimension, you can filter by values or subcategories.
4. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon to filter the pivot view with your selections.
5. Interact with the data in the chart or table. For example:
   • Hover on data points or values to see more information.
   • Click on a legend item to show or hide that data on the chart.
   • Use the icons in the chart toolbar, such as zoom or pan.
