Saved Configurations
Saved configurations in Reconcilor allow you to store the layout, filters, and settings for any analysis screen so you can quickly return to the same view later. Each configuration saves the exact way you have arranged data - including selected dimensions, filters, chart types, and columns - so you can easily reload it without setting up the screen again.
Saved configurations are useful when you:
- Regularly use the same screen layout for daily or monthly reporting.
- Want to standardise views across your team for consistency and comparison.
- Need to quickly switch between different views (for example, Mine Delivered vs. Plant Feed, or month-to-month comparisons).
You can create, update, and manage configurations from the configuration toolbar on the right-hand side of the Reconcilor screen, and save them using the Save button (or ellipsis icon if it displays instead) next to the configuration name.
Note: During your Reconcilor implementation, at least one saved configuration is usually created for each analysis screen, and each screen is set up with a default configuration.
When working with configurations:
- Use clear, descriptive names so you can find them easily in the configuration toolbar.
- Save common views as Global configurations to share consistent reporting formats across your team.
- Review your saved configurations regularly and delete any that are no longer needed to keep your list organised.
