Configure Trends Data

The Configure Data panel on the Trends screen allows you to select one or more datasets to display. You can define the Left Axis Type and/or Right Axis Type as either Value or Comparison. This selection determines which datasets are available to add to the screen.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Trends Screen.
  2. Click the Configure Data icon on the right hand toolbar.

    The Configure Data panel displays.

  3. Select the Left Axis Type and Right Axis Type from:
    • Value(s)
    • Comparison(s)
  4. Select the Left Axis Unit and Right Axis Unit from:
    • Tonnes
    • Volume
    • Grade unit

    • Metal unit

      Note: To show tonnes, grade or metal on the other axis, you must add the Value dataset (not the Comparison).

  5. Select the Left Measures and Right Measures from the drop-down lists. The options available depend on the selected axis units.
  6. In the Choose more data to include field group:
    1. Select values for:
      • Category - For example, Block Modelling, Mine Planning, Mining, Plant, or Transport Shipping.
      • If Block Modelling is selected as the Category, select the:
        • Block Model Type – Resource, Reserve, Grade Control, and so on.
        • Block Model – Version of the block model type.
      • If Mine Planning is selected as the Category, select the:
        • Plan Type – For example, Monthly Mine Plan.
        • Plan
      • Raw or Adjusted – Select from Raw data or the Adjusted (rescaled) data.
      • Data to Include – Drop-down list options depend on the values selected for the left and right Axis Units and the Category. If no category is selected, the entire list is available.
        • Movement Data (when tonnes, volume, grade or metal is selected for left or right axis)
        • Comparison Data (when % change or factor is selected for left or right axis)
    2. Click Add.

      The Included Data displays at the bottom of the Configure Data panel.

    3. To include more data, repeat steps 6 a-b.

      Note: The order in which the datasets are selected determines their position in the chart columns.

  7. To delete a dataset from the included data, click the x before the dataset name.
  8. Check or uncheck the Left Axis and Right Axis selection boxes based on the axis configuration set in the top of the panel.
  9. Click Apply to update the screen's chart and/or table and keep the Configure Data panel open.
  10. Click Apply & Close to update the screen's chart and/or table and close the Configure Data panel.
