View and Filter Colours

Use this activity to view and filter the list of configured colours on the Colour Configuration screen.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Colour Configuration Screen.

   The Colour Configuration screen displays the list of configured colours.

2. Use the table controls to refine and review the colour configuration list as required:
   • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
   • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
   • Review the columns:
     • Category – Displays the configuration area that the colour belongs to; for example, Block Model Type or Comparison.
     • Category Value – Displays the configured value within the selected category.
     • Colour – Displays the current configured colour, or None if the colour is unassigned.
     • Status – Displays whether the row is Assigned, Unassigned, or Unrecognised.

       Note: Unrecognised indicates the item is not used in your Reconcilor instance, so the colour assignment has no effect.
