Comparison Calculations

The Comparison Calculations screen in Reconcilor is where the calculation type, number of decimal places, control limits and styles of the lines on the chart are configured.

The Comparison Calculations screen displays a list with the following data in table form:

  • Measure Type (select from Measure (tonnes, volume), Grades or Attributes)
  • Measure
  • Calculation Type (Actual difference, factor or percent difference)
  • Decimal places (to be used on tables and chart labels)
  • 2nd Upper Control Limit (to be plotted on charts)
  • 1st Upper Control Limit (to be plotted on charts)
  • 1st Lower Control Limit (to be plotted on charts)
  • 2nd Lower Control Limit (to be plotted on charts)
  • Style Configuration (defined under Control Limit Styles)

Setting a comparison type as a percent difference or factor will populate the measure/grade/attribute in the control limit fields. These are editable and are suggestions only.

If only one set of control limits is required, then leave the other set blank.

The decimal places (up to 4) are configurable to ensure precision is maintained where required.

Changing a calculation type once initially selected will not clear the control limit fields, they will need to be manually updated.

The save will only apply when actioned. To undo any changes, made prior to saving, select Reset.

All style configurations will be set to default and will require manual change to a pre-configured style that has been added through the Control Limit Styles screen.
