Add Configurations to a New or Existing Dashboard

Use this activity to add saved analysis configurations into a dashboard.

All available configurations saved on other analysis screens (such as the Pivot View Screen and Trends Screen) can be added to a dashboard. You can add up to four configurations to a dashboard. Many users choose to save multiple dashboards, each with a specific purpose; for example, a dashboard for stockpile configurations, another for model configurations, and so on.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Dashboards Screen.

The Dashboards screen displays either a default configuration or your most recently viewed configuration.

  2. To create a new dashboard:
    1. Click the ellipsis () next to the configuration name and select New.

Note: Rather than a blank screen, Reconcilor may load a default dashboard with one or more tiles already configured. This is because each analysis screen must be set up with a default configuration during your Reconcilor implementation. You can edit the default and save it as a new dashboard.

  3. To edit an existing dashboard:
    1. Click the Manage Configurations icon on the right hand toolbar and select the required saved configuration. See View a Saved Screen Configuration.
  4. Click the Configure Display icon on the right hand toolbar.

    The Configure Display panel displays.

  5. Under View Configurations, select the required configuration from the first drop-down list. You can enter text to search the list by configuration name.

Note: If a configuration is already selected, you can click the x icon to clear it or select another option.

  6. Click Apply.

The configuration displays in an available tile on the dashboard.

  7. Repeat steps 5-6 to add additional configurations, up to four total.
  8. Click Apply & Close to close the Configure Display panel.
  9. To move a tile:
    1. Hover your mouse in the top left corner until the cursor changes to a move pointer.
    2. Click and then drag and drop the tile into the required position.
  10. To resize a tile:
    1. Hover your mouse in the bottom right corner until the cursor changes to a resize pointer.
    2. Click and then drag to resize.
  11. Click the ellipsis () next to the dashboard name and select one of the following save options:
    1. To save changes to the current dashboard, click Save.
    2. To save with a new dashboard name or to save a copy, click Save As.
