View Data Issue Details
Select view data issues on one of the categories to display more detail. Reconcilor aids users in identifying the original records in their data sources for any issues stating 'source entity not resolved' and 'destination entity not resolved' by incorporating raw source and raw destination information into the table data. This allows users to easily trace back to the original records causing the issues.
The data issues table is made up of the following features:
- Export to CSV – Export all detail under this category.
- Cancel – Return to the data health summary screen.
- Sub-Category filter – change the category to another to view issues.
- Severity filter – show all, or just critical, warning or cautionary (single select).
- Hover options – Suppress all issues, activate all issues, export all data issue detail to csv.
- Data issue description
- Tree expand / collapse – Display / hide detail data.
- State of the data issue – active, suppressed or all.
- Date – Occurrence date of issue.
- Destination – Final destination of material.
- Raw Equipment – What equipment moved material.
- Raw Equipment 2 – Secondary equipment.
- Shift – Day / Night shift.
- Source – ID data depending on Source Type.
- Source Type – Depending on data, in this example Block.
- Data depending on Issue – In this example this is a stockpile issue so Stockpile Name is displayed.
