Troubleshoot Data Approval

Common Issues

  • No data available in a view panel: Confirm the selected period has data and select a valid location in the hierarchy.
  • The All location option is not available: This option must be configured for your site. If required, a Datamine consultant can make it available. Use a specific location when All is not configured.
  • Expected configurations are missing from the drop-down list on the Configure View panel: Only configurations marked Global and Locked are available in Data Approval. See Screen Configurations and Save a Screen Configuration.
  • Quick Links do not return the expected period: Clear the period selection and reselect the quick link option, then confirm the selected period in the filter box.
  • Approval cannot be fully reversed across the hierarchy in one action: Repeat unapproval actions for each required location scope.
