Data Overview

The Data Overview Screen gives you a quick visual summary of datasets currently available in your Reconcilor environment.

The screen summarises dataset coverage across periods and locations in a grid layout. Each row represents a data source or import type, and each column represents a reporting period. The coloured cells show data availability and approval status for each period and data source.

The Data Overview distinguishes between Live and Approved data. Live data reflects recent data imports and may still change as new imports arrive. Approved data is finalised for reporting.

You can review the grid to:

• Confirm which datasets are available and current for the selected period.
• Check that data from key systems — such as dispatch, survey, stockpiles, and processing — has been successfully imported.
• Identify whether datasets are missing or incomplete before analysis.
• Review whether the data displayed is Live (still updating) or Approved (finalised for reporting).
