Add New Stockpile Group

Use this activity to add stockpile groups. For crusher, control point and plant groups, see Add New Group.

Stockpile Group Management

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Group Management Screen.
  2. Click the Add Group link at the top of the screen.

    The Add Group form displays.

  3. Complete the following fields as required:
    • Group Name – Name used in filtering, reporting and grouped analysis results.
    • Type – Select Stockpile.
  4. Click Save and Edit Members.

    The Edit Stockpile Group form displays.

  5. In the Edit Stockpile Group form, filter the stockpile list as required:
    • Location – Select the location using the hierarchy fields as required. Default: All.
    • Material Type – Select a material type. Default: All.
    • Memberships – Select from All, Not in this group, In any group or Not in any group. The In this group option is not applicable when you add members to a new group.
  6. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon to apply the selected filters.
  7. Update stockpile selection as required:
    • Select the check box for each stockpile to include in the group.
    • Clear the check box for each stockpile to exclude from the group.
    • To select all stockpiles currently displayed, select the check box in the table header.

    Note: Use the Also In column to review other group memberships for each stockpile.

  8. Click Save.

    Note: If the group fails validation and cannot be saved, a validation message displays. See Group Validations.
