Work with Tables

Most tables support some interaction, including options to show or hide columns, sort, filter and export the table data.

Table Menu Options

The table menu is located in the top-left corner of the table. The following table describes the table menu options. Available options may vary across tables.

Option		Description
	Table menu	Open the table menu.
	Export Current View	Export only the data currently visible in the table, including any applied filters, column selections and sort order.
	Export All	Export all table data, regardless of the current view, including rows or columns not currently displayed.
	Lock	Pin the selected column so it remains visible while you scroll horizontally in the table. Some tables have a predefined column or column group to which the lock applies; for example, the first three columns.
	Unlock	Unpin the selected column or column group so it scrolls normally with the rest of the table.
	Columns	Select which columns display in the table. Opens a multi-select drop-down. Check and uncheck column names as required and then click Apply to update the table.

Table Controls

The table controls are generally located in the column headers. The following table describes the table controls.

Control	Description
	Filter	Filter the table data to show only rows that match the selected criteria. In some tables, you need to hover on a column header to display the filter icon. Opens a drop-down with applicable filters. Select the filter options and logic and then click Filter to update the table.
	Sorted ascending	Displays when the table is sorted by the selected column in ascending order (for example, A–Z or lowest to highest). Click the column name to toggle between ascending and descending order.
	Sorted descending	Displays when the table is sorted by the selected column in descending order (for example, Z–A or highest to lowest). Click the column name to toggle between ascending and descending order.
