Move a saved screen configuration between folders

To move a saved screen configuration into a folder, into a different folder, or back to the top level of the Saved Configurations list, edit its name. See Configuration folders for more information about working with folders.

Activity steps:

1. Open the saved configuration you want to move. See View a saved screen configuration.
2. Click the ellipsis icon (...) next to the configuration name and select Edit.
3. Update the Name field using your site's configured delimiter (the default is >>):
   • To move into a folder, add the folder name and delimiter before the configuration name; for example, Monthly Reports>>Mine Delivered.
   • To move into a nested folder, use multiple delimiters to define the folder path; for example, Region>>Monthly Reports>>Mine Delivered.
   • To move to a different folder, replace the existing folder prefix with the new folder name.
   • To move back to the top level, remove the folder prefix and delimiter so that only the configuration name remains.
4. Click Save.

The Saved Configurations panel refreshes to reflect the updated folder structure.
