Delete Lithology Type

Activity Steps

1. Open the Lithology Types Screen.
2. Find the lithology type in the list. See View and Filter Lithology Types.
3. Delete the lithology type using one of the following methods:
   1. Hover over a lithology type in the table and click the Delete icon.
   2. Click the hyperlinked Lithology Type Name to display its View Lithology Type form and then click Delete.
   3. Hover over a lithology type in the table; click the Edit icon to display its Edit Lithology Type form; and then click Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion.

   If the lithology type is being referenced by other data, the validation message Unable to delete lithology type displays and the lithology type is not deleted.
