View Import Job Screen

The View Import Job Screen displays the job information of the import, the received records and changed records information.

• Job Information – Key job information such as start and finish time, parameters and record statistics.
• Received Records – Shows how many records were successfully imported. Any records that were not imported are classed as rejected.
• Changed Records – The changed records are a subset of the records that were accepted. Shows the actions applied to imported records.

If there were validation issues on the job that has just been completed or failed, there will be detail under the job information.

Selecting the expand button before each type enables you to view the validation issue in detail with an action to copy to clipboard.

Note: The number of validation issues is controlled by pagination (located below each grid).

All validation errors can be exported to csv files from selecting the top Export Validation Errors hyperlink.
