Grade and Moisture Defaults
These settings define the default grade, moisture and density values that Reconcilor uses when imported data does not specify values.
To view Grade and Moisture Defaults:
- Open the Application Settings Screen.
- Click the Grade and Moisture Defaults hyperlink.
The Grade and Moisture Defaults form displays.
All settings display in view mode and cannot be edited. The settings are described in the editing activity below.
To edit Grade and Moisture Defaults:
- Open the Application Settings Screen.
- Edit the settings using one of the following methods:
- Hover over the Grade and Moisture Defaults row in the table and click the Edit icon.
- Open the Grade and Moisture Defaults in view mode and then click Edit.
The Grade and Moisture Defaults form displays in edit mode.
- Specify unresolved grade settings:
- Set unresolved movement grades to zero? – If checked (True), assigns a default grade of zero if haulage import has been configured to import grades and there is no grade found. If unchecked (False), the grade is imported as NULL and takes the average grade of transactions around it.
- Set unresolved model cells grade to zero? – If checked (True), assigns a default grade of zero if the model cell import has been configured to import grades and there is no grade found. If unchecked (False), the grade is imported as NULL and takes the average grade of transactions around it.
- Set unresolved plan grades to zero? – If checked (True), assigns a default grade of zero if the mine plan import has been configured to import grades and there is no grade found. If unchecked (False), the grade is imported as NULL and remains NULL.
- Specify default moisture and density settings:
- Default Moisture for Haulage – The default moisture level expressed as a percentage (0-100) to be applied to haulage transactions that have not specified moisture.
- Default Moisture for Control Point Transactions – The default moisture level expressed as a percentage (0-100) to be applied to control point transactions that have not specified moisture. Used for wet and dry tonnage conversion.
- Default Moisture for Mine Plans – The default moisture level expressed as a percentage (0-100) to be applied to mine plans that have not specified moisture.
- Default Density for Haulage – The default density for haulage when none is specified.
- Specify plant moisture basis settings from Dry or Wet. Default for all: Dry.
- Plant Feed – The moisture basis for plant feed.
- Plant Product – The moisture basis for plant product.
- Plant Reject – The moisture basis for plant reject.
- Plant Output – The moisture basis for plant output.
- Click Save.
