Grade Block Settings

These settings define location filter options on the Grade Block List Screen and the default block model type for the model information on the Grade Block List Screen and View Grade Block Screen.

These settings are typically set up by a Datamine consultant.

To view Grade Block Settings:

1. Open the Application Settings Screen.
2. Click the Grade Block Settings hyperlink.

   The Grade Block Settings form displays.

   All settings display in view mode and cannot be edited. The settings are described in the editing activity below.

To edit Grade Block Settings:

1. Open the Application Settings Screen.
2. Edit the settings using one of the following methods:
   1. Hover over the Grade Block Settings row in the table and click the Edit icon.
   2. Open the Grade Block Settings in view mode and then click Edit.

      The Grade Block Settings form displays in edit mode.

3. Specify location level settings:
   • Location Picker Max Group Level – The maximum number of location hierarchy levels available in the Location filter at the top of the Grade Block List screen.
   • Minimum Required Location Level for Apply – The minimum number of location hierarchy levels that a user must select in the Location filter at the top of the Grade Block List screen to apply the filter.
4. Select the Default Type of Block Model from the available model types. The selected model is used as the default for the View Grade Block List and View Grade Block screens. The View Grade Block screen uses the selected model as the comparison between Model by Survey and Haulage.
5. Click Save.
