Mass Balancing

Mass balancing can be used to create an adjusted set of data. Reconcilor provides some standard calculation methods or the option to import a value. Datamine consultants set the appropriate mass balancing option if required. Most sites use an imported value or a custom calculated value, both of which will override any of the standard settings.

To view Mass Balancing:

1. Open the Application Settings Screen.
2. Click the Mass Balancing hyperlink.

   The Mass Balancing form displays.

   All settings display in view mode and cannot be edited. The settings are described in the editing activity below.

To edit Mass Balancing:

1. Open the Application Settings Screen.
2. Edit the settings using one of the following methods:
   1. Hover over the Mass Balancing row in the table and click the Edit icon.
   2. Open the Mass Balancing in view mode and then click Edit.

      The Mass Balancing form displays in edit mode.

3. Select the Mass Balancing Type. Reconcilor has pre-configured methods include Pit Survey, Pit Survey and Stockpile Survey and Pit Survey and Crusher. Most sites use an Imported Value.
4. Click Save.
