Stockpile Analysis Settings

These settings define location, date and data point limit options on the Stockpile Analysis Screen.

To view Stockpile Analysis Settings:

  1. Open the Application Settings Screen.
  2. Click the Stockpile Analysis Settings hyperlink.

    The Stockpile Analysis Settings form displays.

    All settings display in view mode and cannot be edited. The settings are described in the editing activity below.

To edit Stockpile Analysis Settings:

  1. Open the Application Settings Screen.
  2. Edit the settings using one of the following methods:
    1. Hover over the Stockpile Analysis Settings row in the table and click the Edit icon.
    2. Open the Stockpile Analysis Settings in view mode and then click Edit.

      The Stockpile Analysis Settings form displays in edit mode.

  3. Specify location level settings:
    • Location Picker Max Group Level – The maximum number of location hierarchy levels available in the Location filter at the top of the Stockpile Analysis screen. For example, if you enter 2, users can view the data by any location down to 'stage' (or level 2 of the location hierarchy).
  4. Specify date range settings to define how data is returned when users select Time Scale options on the Configure Display panel:
    • Shifts – Maximum date range returned in shifts when Time Scale is Shifts.
    • Days – Maximum date range returned in days when Time Scale is Days.
    • Months – Maximum date range returned in months when Time Scale is Months.
    • Years – Maximum date range returned in years when Time Scale is Years.
    • MaxDateRangeSurveys – Maximum date range in months when the Time Scale is Survey Period.
    • Quarters – Maximum date range returned in quarters when Time Scale is Quarters.
  5. Specify data point settings:
    • Maximum Data Points – Maximum number of data points that can be returned for a request on the Stockpile Analysis screen; that is, the number of stockpiles multiplied by the units of time. This setting prevents extremely large datasets from causing a time out error.
  6. Click Save.
