View and Filter Import Definitions

Use this activity to review and filter the list of configured import definitions on the Import Definitions screen.

In most cases, you only need to use this screen when setting up or changing an import schedule.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Import Definitions Screen.

    The Import Definitions screen displays the configured import definitions, grouped by import type.

  2. Use the table controls to refine and review the import definition list as required:
    • Expand or collapse an import type group to display or hide its import definitions.
    • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
    • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
    • Review the columns:
      • Name – The import definition descriptive name.
      • Import Type – The type of import the definition belongs to.
      • Active – Whether the definition is currently being used.
      • Schedule – The days, times, and frequency assigned to the import.
  3. If a schedule link is available in the Schedule column, click it to open the related import schedule.
  4. Hover over an import definition row to display available row actions such as Add Schedule and Delete.
