View and Filter Import Revisions

Use this activity to review and filter the list of import mapping revisions on the Import Revisions screen. This screen helps you investigate how source data is mapped into Reconcilor database tables when you need to review an import error or confirm how fields are interpreted.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Import Revisions Screen.

   The Import Revisions screen displays the configured import revisions for your site.

2. Use the table controls to refine and review the import revision list as required:
   • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
   • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
   • Review the columns:
     • Name – The descriptive name of the import mapping revision.
     • Active – Whether the mapping revision may currently be used.
     • Import Type – The type of import the revision belongs to.
     • Import Definitions – The import definitions this revision belongs to. A revision can be associated with more than one import definition.
     • Culture – The country or culture used to interpret source data values such as dates correctly.
3. Click a hyperlinked revision Name to open the View Import Mapping Revision form.
4. Hover over a revision row and click the View Mappings icon to open the selected revision's mappings.
