View and Filter Import Schedules

Use this activity to review and filter the list of configured import schedules on the Import Schedules screen. This screen helps you review which import definitions have schedules assigned and open a schedule for further review or update.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Import Schedules Screen.

    The Import Schedules screen displays the configured import schedules for your site.

  2. Select the Import Definition to display if required. Default: All Import Definitions.
  3. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon.
  4. Use the table controls to refine and review the import schedule list as required:
    • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
    • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
    • Review the columns:
      • Name – The schedule name.
      • Definition – The import definition the schedule applies to.
      • Parameters – The schedule settings.
  5. Click a hyperlinked schedule Name to open the View Schedule form, or hover over a schedule row to display available row actions such as Edit and Delete.
