View and Filter Roles

Use this activity to view and filter the list of roles on the Roles screen.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Roles Screen.

    The Roles screen displays a list of configured roles.

  2. Use the table controls to refine and review the role list as required:
    • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
    • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
    • Review the columns:
      • Role - The role name.
      • Description - The role description.
      • Windows Active Directory Groups - The Windows Active Directory groups assigned to the role.
    • Use the vertical scroll bar to view additional rows.
  3. Click a hyperlinked Role to view its details or hover over a role row to display available row actions such as Clone, Edit, and Delete.
