View and Filter Roles
Use this activity to view and filter the list of roles on the Roles screen.
Activity Steps
- Open the Roles Screen.
The Roles screen displays a list of configured roles.
- Use the table controls to refine and review the role list as required:
- Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
- Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
- Review the columns:
- Role - The role name.
- Description - The role description.
- Windows Active Directory Groups - The Windows Active Directory groups assigned to the role.
- Use the vertical scroll bar to view additional rows.
- Click a hyperlinked Role to view its details or hover over a role row to display available row actions such as Clone, Edit, and Delete.
