User Validations

Validation messages can display in different scenarios when attempting to save or delete a user.

Validation 1

If mandatory fields are not completed, a Required information is missing validation message displays in red text and the applicable field frames are highlighted in red.

Validation 2

When the User Name matches an existing user, the save validation message User name already exists displays.

Validation 3

While deleting a user, if the user is referenced by a role, then the user cannot be deleted.
