View and Filter Users

Use this activity to view and filter the list of users on the Users screen.

Activity Steps

  1. Open the Users Screen.

    The Users screen displays a list of configured users.

  2. Use the table controls to refine and review the user list as required:
    • Click a column heading to sort the table by that column.
    • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
    • Use the vertical scroll bar to view additional rows.
  3. To find a specific user by name:
    1. Click the filter icon in the User Name, First Name or Last Name column.
    2. Enter all or part of the name in the filter search field.
    3. Select the matching value or values.
    4. Click Filter.
  4. To find a specific user by email:
    1. Click the filter icon in the Email column.
    2. Enter all or part of the email address in the filter search field.
    3. Select the matching value or values.
    4. Click Filter.
  5. Click a hyperlinked user User Name to view the user details or hover over the row to perform actions such as editing or deleting the user.
