Stockpile Management

Stockpile management is the process of recording, monitoring, and reconciling material movements into and out of stockpiles. The process includes building stockpiles through material additions, reclaiming material for processing or rehandle, and maintaining alignment between system-recorded movements and physical stockpile balances.

The Stockpile Management screen lists all stockpiles configured in Reconcilor and provides the primary interface for creating, maintaining, and reviewing stockpile definitions. Stockpiles defined here are used as sources and destinations for haulage movements and contribute to stockpile balances and reconciliation results.

From this screen, you can add new stockpiles, edit existing stockpile details, view historical information, or delete stockpiles that are no longer required. Filters at the top of the screen allow you to restrict the list by location, balance date, shift, stockpile status, stockpile group, or stockpile name.

Stockpiles can be created with an opening balance, or with zero tonnes and grade to allow material movements to build the stockpile over time. Each stockpile is assigned a modelling algorithm, with the average model used by default. The modelling method can be changed later if required.

Stockpile group membership is shown in the Groups column. A stockpile can belong to none, one, or multiple groups. Group assignments support filtering and reporting across the Stockpile Analysis Screen, Mining Analysis Screen, Crusher Feed Screen, and Pivot View Screen.

If adjustments have been applied to a stockpile’s closing balance, the most recent adjustment date appears in the Last Adjustment column. Selecting the Adjustments icon opens the list of adjustments associated with the selected stockpile.
