View and Filter Data Health

Use this activity to review and filter the data health summary on the Data Health screen.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Data Health Screen.

   The Data Health screen displays the data health status for each category in the selected period and location.

2. Apply filters at the top of the screen as required:
   • Period – Select the time period.
   • Location – Select the required location hierarchy values; for example, Mining Complex, Pit/UG, Bench/Level, Blast, Block, or Model Cell. Default: All.
3. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon to apply the selected filters.
4. Review the data health summary as required:
   • Category – Displays the data category being summarised.
   • Health Status – Displays the overall status for the category:
     • Critical – Critical data health issues in the selected period that should be resolved.
     • Warning – Data health issues that are important for detailed analysis.
     • Caution – Data has been modified to address known issues.
     • No Issues – No data health issues in the selected period.
   • Critical Issues, Warnings, and Cautions – Display the number of issues recorded for the category in the selected period and location.
5. Hover over a data category row to display available row actions such as the View issue details icon, View Issue Trends icon, and View Issue Trends in new tab icon.
