View and Filter Import Activity

Use this activity to view and filter the list of import jobs on the Import Activity screen.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Import Activity Screen.

   The Import Activity screen displays a list of recent import jobs.

2. Apply filters at the top of the screen as required:
   • Period – Select the time period.
   • Import Type – Select the import type; for example, Haulage Import or Control Point Transaction Import. Default: All Import Types.
   • Import Definition – Select from the import definitions defined on the Import Definitions Screen. Default: All Import Definitions.
   • Include Deleted – Select whether to display deleted import jobs.
3. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon to apply the selected filters.
4. Select a status tab to filter the import job list as required:
   • All – Displays all import jobs, regardless of status.
   • Queued – Displays import jobs that are queued to run but have not yet started.
   • Running – Displays import jobs that are currently running.
   • Completed – Displays import jobs that have completed.
   • Failed – Displays import jobs that have failed.
   • Cancelled – Displays import jobs that have been cancelled.
5. Use the table controls to refine and review the import job list as required:
   • Click the filter icon in the Import Definition column heading to filter by import definition.
   • Click the filter icon in the Status column heading to filter by job status.
   • Use the horizontal scroll bar to view additional columns.
6. Hover over an import job row to perform actions such as viewing or deleting.
