View and Filter Import Health

Use this activity to review recent import results on the Import Health screen.

Activity Steps

1. Open the Import Health Screen.

   The Import Health screen displays recent imports for the period defined by the Import Health Look Back Days setting. See Data Issue and Logging Settings.

2. Select the Import Type; for example, Haulage Import or Model Survey Import. Default: All Import Types.
3. Click the Apply Filters & Refresh icon.
4. Select a status tab to filter the import list as required:
   • All – Displays all imports.
   • Completed – Displays imports that have completed successfully.
   • Failed – Displays imports that have failed.
   • Not Run – Displays imports that were scheduled but have not yet run.
5. Use the table controls to refine and review the import list as required:
   • Click the filter icon in a column heading to apply column-level filters.
   • Review columns such as Import Type, Definition, Status, Records Accepted, Records Rejected, and Last Run Date.
   • If no imports match the selected filters, the table displays No records available.
6. Hover over an import row to display available row actions such as viewing jobs or recent activity, or adding jobs.
