To access this driver:

1. Display the Data Import screen. This screen is displayed when import-loading and when adding a file association to the current project. In all cases, functions are found on the Data ribbon.

2. Select the ESRIData Category and the Google Earth KML Data Type.

The KML “Google Earth” driver allows strings or points data from Datamine applications to be exported to Google Earth.

A rich set of functionality is provided to control the visual formatting and labelling of the exported data. Before exporting, data must be in the WGS84 coordinate system (degrees latitude and longitude, and metres elevation) - the transform-coordinates command in your application can be used to achieve this.
