Gradient Convention

To access this dialog:

In the Command toolbar, run the command set-gradient-convention.

The Gradient Convention dialog is used to specify how gradient values are represented in your application.

Field Details:

Gradient In: select how gradients are to be defined and reported i.e. as percent, degrees (default) or as a ratio.

Direction: select how positive/negative gradient values are to be treated i.e. '+ve UP' (positive values up, negative values down) or '+ve DOWN' (positive values down, negative values up).

OK: save changes and close the dialog.

Cancel: close the dialog without saving changes.
