Description
This command, which displays the Reposition SiroTiff dialog is used for the following purposes:
-
SiroTIFF selection for repositioning
-
Reposition the SiroTIFF in the XYZ axes
-
Save the new position references back to the SiroTIFF file.
How to Use
-
Ensure a view of a SiroTIFF file is available, in either the VR or Design windows.
-
Run the command.
-
Select (left-click) the SiroTIFF file you wish to reposition.
-
The Reposition SiroTIFF dialog is displayed.
-
Reposition the object according to the controls in the dialog.
If you are translating a SiroTIFF wireframe by a significant virtual distance, it is possible the rounding operations within the translation process may cause the texture to become distorted. If this happens, it can be easily rectified by right-clicking the VR icon in the Sheets project control bar and selecting Redraw All. |
-
Click Apply to update the visual display.
-
Click Save to update the SiroTIFF file with the new information.
You can only perform a rotation around the Z-axis with this function - if any combination of edits are performed that require rotation around the X or Y axis, you will be informed that this is not possible until the file is reloaded or refreshed. |
