Brief Description
Rotates the selected string(s) in the current view plane, about a selected point, by a specified angle.
How to Use

Run the command.

Following the prompt in the status bar to "Select rotation point on any string", select a point.

In the Rotate String dialog, set the angle of rotation and click OK.
This command is affected by parameters that have been defined for your project. In the Design window, editing will always be made by honouring the current orthogonal view. In the window, however, there are two possible ways that editing can be performed:
You can review and adjust your settings for editing by accessing and selecting either the Move relative to plane or Move relative to screen options, found within the String/Point Movement command group. |
